In this yoga meditation we realign our felt experience – the way we feel the body and perceive the world – with our understanding of our true nature. We first establish ourself as the open, empty, space-like presence of awareness in which all experience appears. We then notice that all objects of experience – thoughts, sensations and perceptions – move through and are made of our essential, self-aware being alone.
