One Day Gathering in Oxford
|Date||Saturday 12th January from 10:30am to 5pm|
|Address||St Margaret's Institute, Community Centre, 30 Polstead Road, Oxford, OX2 6TN - Map & Directions|
There will be two meetings during the day, one in the morning with a break for lunch and another in the afternoon with a tea break. Both meetings start with a contemplation followed by a Question and Answer session.
By Train: The train station is a short taxi ride from the venue; you will find taxis waiting outside the station. Alternatively it’s a 30 minute walk or you can catch the S3 from Stand R5 outside the Railway Station. Alight at St. Margaret’s Road; stop on the Woodstock Road; continue to walk in the direction of travel for a few yards and turn first left into Polstead Rd. to the venue at number 30.
Arriving at the central Bus Station (Gloucester Green) catch the S3 from Bay 8 and continue as for Rail.
Click here for bus information.
From the City centre: The No.6 Bus from Magdelen St(outside the Randolph Hotel) and then as above.
By Car: On a Saturday parking near the venue is not practical because of restrictions. On a Sunday some restrictions apply but parking is also possible. On both days it is more convenient to use the Park & Ride at Pear Tree (OX2 8JD) and travel in on the No. 300. This is a limited service and does not stop at the inbound St Margarets Road. Instead alight at Canterbury Road which is one stop nearer the City centre and walk back to Polstead Road.
