Accommodation |
There are only Single rooms available at Mercy Center; single room accommodation includes three meals per day. Couples who wish to share a room we recommend registering as commuters and booking a local hotel such as: The Dylan at SFO or you can request single rooms on the same floor next to each other at the retreat center. If your accommodation of choice is sold out please contact francesca to be added to the wait list at: francesca@rupertspira.com . Meals & Refreshments |
Vegetarian meals will be served. Meals are prepared three times daily and served in the main dining room. If you require special food preparation, there are small kitchenettes equipped with microwave ovens and small refrigerators on each residence floor available for your use. There is also a health food store about one mile from Mercy Centre. |

Discussion Board |
Everyone who books up for this event will automatically be added to a Discussion Board, which will put them in direct contact with all other attendees, enabling them to be in touch with one another, individually or as a group, in order to request/offer lifts to the event, exchange information or simply for social purposes. It will also be used for the group organiser to contact the whole group in the run up to the event. |

Scholarship |
A limited number of scholarships are available for those with financial hardships. Please request a form from Francesca: francesca@rupertspira.com as soon as possible as scholarships are limited. You will be advised via email if your application has been approved. Once approved you must register for the event to finalise your scholarship. |
