The retreat starts with Dinner on the first day followed by a short welcome and the first meeting. There will be two meetings on each full day, finishing with Lunch on the final day. Meetings start with a contemplation followed by a question and answer session.

By train: The nearest train station to Buckland Hall is Abergavenny. There are taxis outside the station and the taxi ride is approximately 25 minutes.

By plane: The nearest airport is Cardiff which has flights from most major European destinations. By mini-bus: There will be a return mini-bus from London Paddington also picking up / dropping off at Heathrow for those arriving into London Airports or travelling from the South. Meals will be lacto-vegetarian and organic where possible. Gluten free and Dairy free options are available. Please note any dietary requirements on booking. Refreshments will be provided.

To purchase a ticket an initial non-refundable deposit will be required followed by a request to pay the balance nearer to the time of the event. The balance for this event is due by 10 April 2018. Everyone who books up for this event will automatically be added to a Discussion Board, which will put them in direct contact with all other attendees, enabling them to be in touch with one another, individually or as a group, in order to request/offer lifts to the event, exchange information or simply for social purposes. It will also be used for the group organiser to contact the whole group in the run up to the event.
