Meetings start with a Meditation followed by a Question and Answer session.
Books will be available to buy during the weekend; unfortunately we will only be able to take cash payments for books purchased on site.
All meetings for this event will be streamed live.
Upon confirmation of booking, you may return to this page and click on the 'Live Stream' tab on the day of the event in order to join the live stream.
Just a reminder that a live stream ticket is for the purchaser only. Please bear in mind that bringing this live stream technology to those who cannot attend on site incurs considerable expense. Therefore, if you anticipate inviting others to view at your location, kindly ensure that guests have purchased their own tickets.

Below is a list of hotels and hostels for anyone who may be travelling some distance for the weekend. It is advisable that you book your accomodation early to avoid issues finding a room. There are often big events happening in Amsterdam which makes finding reasonably priced accomodation difficult:

There will be the option to buy lunch on each day; the menu will be vegetarian and can be purchased along with your tickets online. Please note that there are a limited number of lunch spaces available, so those who book this option will need to collect a token on each morning, before the meeting, to make the process simpler. Coffee, tea and other soft drinks will be available to buy at the venue and there are plenty of other options to find lunch nearby.
Please note that doors open one hour before the first meeting on each day for everyone to get registered and settled with a seat.

Tickets will be available online until 12am on Friday 25th; thereafter you can email Zuzana to check availability for your ticket preference and pay on the door.
Everyone who books up for this event will automatically be added to a Discussion Board, which will put them in direct contact with all other attendees, enabling them to be in touch with one another, individually or as a group, in order to request/offer lifts to the event, exchange information or simply for social purposes. It will also be used for the group organiser to contact the whole group in the run up to the event.

A limited number of scholarships are available for those with financial hardships. Please request a form from Ruth: email@example.com as soon as possible as scholarships are limited. You will be advised via email if your application has been approved. Once approved you must register for the event to finalise your scholarship. Scholarship attendees may be asked to help with some small tasks during the event.
