This weekend will be hosted by Quantum Seminars. Further information will be available on the website, from January, here: http://quantumseminars.dk. Meetings start with a Meditation followed by a Question and Answer session.

Everyone who books up for this event will automatically be added to a Discussion Board, which will put them in direct contact with all other attendees, enabling them to be in touch with one another, individually or as a group, in order to request/offer lifts to the event, exchange information or simply for social purposes. It will also be used for the group organiser to contact the whole group in the run up to the event.
Cancellations must be confirmed with Quantum Seminars: email@example.com.
If you cancel up to 3 weeks before the event you will be refunded ½ of the seminar fee. After that time there will generally be no refund. For evening and afternoon events there is no refund. If Quantum Seminars for some reason beyond their control, and contrary to any expectations, have to cancel an event, you will be refunded your full payment. However, are not liable for any other expenses you may have incurred - including, but not limited to expenses for airfare and other forms of transportation, bank fees to your bank for transferring payment etc.

A limited number of scholarships are available for those with financial hardships. Please request a form from Niya: firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible as scholarships are limited. You will be advised via email if your application has been approved. Once approved you must register for the event to finalise your scholarship. Scholarship attendees may be asked to help with some small tasks during the event.
